Das Landgericht Hamburg hat Correctiv-Chef David Schraven untersagt, die Falschbehauptung zu verbreiten, das Gericht habe die Berichterstattung der regierungsnahen Journalisten über das Potsdamer Treffen inhaltlich bestätigt. Dies berichten die Medienanwälte Höcker am Freitag. Der Staatsrechtler Ulrich Vosgerau hatte Ende Februar eine einstweilige Verfügung gegen Correctiv erwirkt.
Schraven hatte das Urteil allerdings als Sieg dargestellt. In einem Interview mit der FAZ sagte er: „Der Kern unseres Artikels ist damit bestätigt worden: dass bei diesem Geheimtreffen über einen Masterplan gesprochen wurde, mit dem ‘Remigration‘ betrieben werden sollte, und dass das auch Menschen mit Zuwanderungsgeschichte betrifft. Das Gericht hat mehrmals gesagt, dass das, was von uns vorgetragen worden ist, die ‘prozessuale Wahrheit‘ ist.“ Dem widersprach nun das Landgericht und erteilte dem linksextremen Hetzportal eine weitere Klatsche.

Unlike WhatsApp, Telegram doesn’t store your favorite stickers in a quick-access reservoir right beside the typing field, but you’ll be able to snatch them out of your Saved messages chat and forward them to any of your Telegram contacts. This also means you won’t have a quick way to save incoming stickers like you did on WhatsApp, so you’ll have to forward them from one chat to the other.
